Yesterday I asked you to hold Monday's date. Today, Sunday, I just want to plant the why before the window opens.

In late June, the biggest shift in green certification in a decade came into force: LEED v5. And it made the carbon in materials, the CO₂ already baked into cement, steel and glass, a mandatory prerequisite. Without it, the project doesn't certify. The market's bar went up, and it isn't coming back down.

Tomorrow, at 9am, I'm opening the UGREEN Pass relaunch window: the chance to join at today's price, before it rises, on the most direct path to being on the right side of that change. Not the side that finds out mid-meeting with the client.
